Boko explorers is based in Moshi, a town situated right on the foot of the highest peak in Africa; The Kilimanjaro. Boko Explorers is built by local friends who have been in the hospitality industry since 2003 as Mountain and Safari guides in Tanzania. They combined their experiences, teamwork spirit and their commitment to Tanzania and came up with Boko Explorers. Together, we decided to offer Tanzania safari and trekking experiences paired with conservation efforts that brings a positive change to the region and its people. To travel in an enjoyable and safe way, Boko Explorers features a fleet of 4 by 4 Land Cruisers, specially converted for safari.
Our safari vehicles are very comfortable and suitable for photographic safaris. Each of them has a pop-up roof for excellent game viewing, extra large windows, a fridge, lots of leg space and charging facilities for your camera and phone. For the professional (and amateur) photographers we also provide a beanbag, giving you superb camera support so that you can take even more beautiful pictures during your safari!
For our tours we have no limit on the kilometers driven. This ensures you and your safari guide the ultimate flexibility and freedom during your safari!
